What are the benefits of a juice cleanse?
Our signature juice cleanse is a great jumpstart to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall gut health, obtain clearer skin, or help in weight loss, our cleanse will help you along in your health journey.
Should I do a 1, 2, or 3-Day Juice Cleanse?
This is a very personal choice— If it is your first time doing a juice cleanse start with a 2-Day Cleanse. We encourage the 3-day cleanse for maximum results, but do what works best for you and your lifestyle!
What should I do in preparation before I start a cleanse?
Transitioning into the cleanse will be easier on your body if you practice healthy eating and drink a juice a day leading up to your cleanse. We also suggest cutting out caffeine, fried foods and alcohol two days ahead of your desired start date.
What order should I drink bottles in?
To maximize the effects of the juices and nut milk we recommend the following order:
  1. MJ
  2. Liquid Gold
  3. The Rooster
  4. Naked Roots
  5. MJ
  6. Chai

When should I consume each bottle throughout the cleanse?
Depending on when you start your day we suggest starting your first juice around breakfast time and then spacing the remaining bottles out every 2-3 hours. You can either drink the bottle in one sitting or sip it over time.
Can I exercise while I’m on the cleanse?
Light exercise should be fine while on our cleanse. Just be sure to listen to your body and do what’s best for you.
Can I consume food while I’m on the cleanse?
To maximize the benefits of the cleanse, we recommend only consuming our suggested juices and nut milk. However, do what works for your lifestyle! If you feel like you need to consume solid food along with the juices, it’s ideal to pair with fresh vegetables and salads.
Can I drink caffeine while I’m on the cleanse?
It is best not to consume caffeine during the cleanse. You can have herbal teas and as much water as your heart desires. Loading up on water in between each juice will help flush the toxins and also minimize those “detox” headaches.
Are cleanses safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting a healthcare provider to see if a cleanse is right for you during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
